The viral ‘Marry Me’ recipe adapted for salmon. Pan-seared fillets in a rich, creamy sauce with sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, parmesan, and fresh basil.
Ingredients

- 3 Salmon Fillets (6oz each)
- 3/4 cup Heavy Cream
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes (in oil)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 1/4 cup Vegetable Broth
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1/2 cup Fresh Basil
- 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Pat salmon dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Sear salmon in a skillet with sun-dried tomato oil and butter until crispy. Remove.
- Sauté garlic, red pepper flakes, and sun-dried tomatoes in the same pan.
- Deglaze with broth and lemon juice.
- Add heavy cream and parmesan; simmer until thickened.
- Return salmon to the pan and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Stir in fresh basil and serve.
Notes
- Alcohol-Free: We use vegetable broth and lemon juice instead of white wine for deglazing.
- Salmon Skin: Leave skin on during cooking to keep the fish moist, then remove if desired.
- Spinach: Add baby spinach in the sauce step for extra veggies.
