  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter (melted)

  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Chives (chopped)
  • 1 tsp Fresh Thyme
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring steaks to room temperature and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear steaks in a hot cast-iron skillet for 3-4 minutes per side (for medium-rare).
  3. Remove steaks and let rest for 10 minutes.
  4. In a small pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove from heat and whisk in mustard, lemon juice, spices, and fresh herbs.
  6. Slice steak and serve with the warm butter sauce for dipping.
