Ingredients

  • 1 lb Shrimp (peeled/deveined)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 3/4 cup Cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup Buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Whisk mayo, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha to make the sauce.
  2. Soak shrimp in buttermilk, then dredge in seasoned cornstarch.
  3. Fry in hot oil at 375°F for 2-3 minutes until crispy.
  4. Toss fried shrimp in the sauce.
  5. Serve over lettuce garnished with green onions.
